Investigator Shmuel Piamenta had difficulty explaining how the killer fled the scene without leaving a trace of blood • When asked why there were no blood stains on the inside of the toilet cubicle he replied: "They leaked later"

After the judges arrived last night (Monday) at the murder scene of Tair Rada at the Nofei Golan school in Katzrin, Zadorov's retrial continued today, when the forensic officer Shmuel Piamenta had difficulty explaining how the killer fled the scene without leaving a trace.

"I am convinced that the blood stains that drained there not long before the incident," Piamenta said when asked how there were no blood stains at all inside the toilet cubicle.

"They leaked later," he explained.

The witness also confirmed to Piamenta that the possibility could not be ruled out that whoever wanted to get out by climbing the toilet and Niagara towards cell three, put his hands where the bloodstains were found.

The French judge later taunted Piamenta and said: "You explained to us that part of the fight was when the door was closed, it does not match what was in the restoration. He (Zdorov) said - 'I stabbed, she fell and lay down and then I closed the door'. You agree And what he said? "

To these things the forensic officer replied: "This specific section does not match the findings in the arena."

Last night, the panel of judges toured the track where Tair walked for the last time.

The judges climbed ladders in an attempt to understand the transition between the toilet cubicles, focusing on the sequence of events.

Zadorov's defense attorney, Adv. Yarom Halevi, even brought a sponge doll the size of Tair and explained that it was a 151 cm high doll, in order to show that the murder could have been committed behind closed doors when the killer and Tair were inside the toilet cubicle.

"I showed the judges in two ways when the doll simulates the deceased Tair, how her throat was slit in the back by the murderer, in stark contrast to the testimony of the police identification officer, who claimed that Tair could not be murdered in the bathroom when the door was closed."

Halevy also referred to the lawsuit filed against him by AK through her lawyers and published in "Israel Today", and said: "I am not afraid of any lawsuit."
