This Monday, the "Remain in Mexico" or "Remain in Mexico" program was reinstated, which forces migrants of different nationalities to remain in that country while their asylum applications are resolved in the United States.

Upon taking office, Joe Biden had repealed the measure, but the court determined that federal laws were violated and reinstated it.
