Two people were killed and 3 others were injured today as a result of gunfire from an armed man in the southeast of the Russian capital, Moscow.
Sputnik news agency quoted Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin as saying that an unidentified gunman had opened fire at a service center for citizens in southeast Moscow, killing two people and wounding three others, stressing that "the killer was arrested."
In turn, a source told “TASS” agency that, based on initial reports, “the incident occurred against the background of a dispute that broke out in the center when his guard asked one of the visitors to wear a protective mask, so the man pulled out a weapon and fired from it.”
