The air conditioner company is suing the veteran presenter after it became known that it was about to sign with Discount Bank

The air conditioning company "Tornado" filed a lawsuit yesterday (Tuesday) in the Tel Aviv District Court against Discount Bank, ADD and its own presenter for the past five years, Rotem Sela.

This is due to what "Tornado" sees as a violation of an exclusivity agreement between it and Sela, which, according to her, is about to sign an agreement to be the exclusive presenter of Discount.

Sela serves as the presenter of "Tornado" and what the prosecution calls "the face of the brand" from 2016. According to "Tornado", the agreement between the actress and the bank will frustrate the contract between her and Sela.

Meanwhile, "Tornado" revealed Sela's current salary, which stands at NIS 850,000 per year.

This is after an increase she received this year, in exchange for extending the contract between her and the company until the end of 2022. Before that, the submitter earned from her agreement with Tornado an annual salary of NIS 375,000.

This is in exchange for two days of photography, as well as an additional NIS 185,000 for an additional five hours of photography.

The maximum length of a photo day is 12 hours, with Sela being rewarded with NIS 24 plus VAT for each additional hour. If both parties decide on additional photo days, according to the contract between the two described in the lawsuit, each photo day will be charged an additional 102 One thousand shekels plus VAT.

The company's radio broadcasting fee, to which Sela Makola contributes, has also been revealed - and it is an additional payment of NIS 30,000 plus VAT, for each recording of a broadcast of up to two hours. Until the end of next year.

This lawsuit comes against the background of information that reached the company's chairman, Rono Bezazi, about Discount's tempting offer for Sela. According to reports, the amount offered to the actress by the bank is between NIS 2 million and NIS 2.5 million.
