Tonight (Tuesday through Wednesday) we got a limited dose of NBA games.

In the spotlight: LeBron James and the Lakers defeated the great rival from Boston, Brooklyn and Kevin Durant barely defeated Dallas and New York celebrated over San Antonio.

Los Angeles Lakers - Boston Celtics 102: 117.

In the most intriguing game of the three, we got quite a bit between the two big rivals.

LeBron James returned after falling ill at Corona leading his team with 30 points, Russell Westbork added 24 and 11 assists, and Anthony Davis with 17 and 16 rebounds of his own.

In the first quarter things were still tight but since then the Lakers have taken control and have not let the Celtics get back.

Taitum scored 34 for the loser who, as mentioned, did not help her.

Dallas Mavericks - Brooklyn Nets 102: 99.

Kevin Durant (24 points) and James Harden (23 points and 12 assists) were responsible for the Nets' away win and helped them come back from a 17-yard deficit in the third quarter.

The Mavericks did not function in the final quarter and scored just 13 points, allowing the Brooklyn side to come out on top.

Luka Doncic led the Dallas scoring with 28 points.

San Antonio Spurs - New York Knicks 121: 109.

The Knicks halted the three-loss streak with an impressive Texas win.

RJ Barrett led with 32 points and 7 of 8 from outside the arc.

Mitchell Robinson added a double-double of 11 and 14 rebounds.
