The Read With Us initiative team launched a special initiative called “Qasida”, which aims to make school poems available in an audible way on social media.
The owner of the initiative, Saba Mahmoud, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the idea came from the information that listening is one of the main pillars in learning any language, and that she saw that some students find it difficult to read the Arabic language, so the initiative was to accustom them to reading in a way that facilitates the memorization process and establishes the correct pronunciation in their minds. .
The beginning was by recording poems from the preparatory stage, according to Mahmoud, noting that the idea was launched a year ago, and a team of linguistic proofreaders, an Arabic language instructor, and specialists in the fields of poetry cooperate in its implementation.
She indicated that the initiative will provide an educational tool that the teacher can use in the lessons, thus enriching and enriching his lesson, and in it is an interactive way away from stagnation by giving the Arabic language subject, pointing out that this initiative is being promoted through the social networking sites Facebook and Telegram.
