A 41-year-old resident named Li Nan in Ya Lin House, Tsui Lam Village, Tseung Kwan O, fainted in his unit room at about 6 o'clock this evening (8th). His 62-year-old mother was shocked and called the police.
The police and ambulancemen arrived at the scene and found that the victim's head was wrapped in a plastic bag with a can of suspected helium gas connected to the plastic bag. He died on the spot.
The police did not seize the suicide note. After investigation, it was found that the male victim had a record of emotional illness. The case was classified as a dead body and the cause of death was to be determined after an autopsy.
