, as part of the project "Cohesion Matters - an information and engagement campaign on the future of cohesion policy ", funded by the DG Regio of the European Commission.

The online meeting, in which European experts and officials participate, aims to strengthen citizens' knowledge of European policies, their impact and funding opportunities for Italy.

The webinar on Thursday 9 December is attended by Sabina Nuti, rector of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa; Willibrordus Slujiters and Francesca Raimondi, DG Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission; Milena Vainieri, lecturer at the Institute of Management of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.

At the center of the debate the pandemic emergency from Covid-19 and the role of European funds, with a

focus on the difficult decisions taken by the European Union in relation to the allocation of funds for the plan for the recovery of Europe, reaction and response of Italy, with particular attention to the area of ​​health systems

At the end there will be a question and answer session on the topics at the center of the debate, coordinated by Edoardo Bressanelli, researcher in Political Science at the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Politics, Development) of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.
