Growth for 2021 revised upwards by the Banque de France

The monetary institution expects growth of 6.7%, against 6.3% last September. Growth in France is expected to reach 6.7% in 2021, its highest rate in more than 50 years, Banque de France governor François Villeroy de Galhau said on RTL on Wednesday. The central bank had been forecasting 6.3% growth since September, while then raising the possibility that it would be around 6.75% instead.
