The cross-examination of state witness Nir Hefetz resumed today (Wednesday) in the Jerusalem District Court. Adv. Boaz Ben-Zur, Netanyahu's defense attorney, questioned the witness and presented videos from the Hefetz police investigation.

In a video from the police investigation, Hefetz claims that the impact of the Walla website is minimal compared to other media outlets such as the Haaretz website. D. Ben-Zur reads a quote from Hefetz from the investigation: "Bibi and I understand that the importance of Walla is zero, that they do what they want, they do not interest us at all."
In response, the judge asks whether the minimal effect is attributed to an election period and an object answers no.
Afterwards, Adv. Ben-Tzur presents two inquiries made to Walla: a demand to publish an article about raising Netanyahu's donations for IDF soldiers, which was forwarded through Hefetz to Elowitz, and a demand to publish an article about the recruitment of Netanyahu's son, who was treated with Elowitz's involvement.
Adv. Ben Tzur: "To whom did you spread the news about the recruitment of our son?"
Object: "Everywhere, every media outlet, it's a standard item."
