The Federation of Jalmalv associations (Until death accompany life) warns about the degradation of support for people at the end of life.
Visits to the sick by volunteers from this network were almost divided by three in 2020, from 65,000 to 25,000 due to health restrictions.

"The health crisis has amplified the loneliness of people at the end of their life,"
calls out this network of 75 associations, recognized as being of public utility, in a manifesto (1) released at the end of the year.
A brake on recruitment
Almost two years after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2,000 or so volunteers of Jalmalv are no longer able to cover all the needs and meet the demand.
