During the past 24 hours, a number of governorates witnessed rainfall of varying intensity, the highest of which was 34 mm in Qardaha in Lattakia.
The bulletin of the rain-rain project issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform stated that precipitation rates in the countryside of Lattakia reached 34 mm, in Qardaha and Mezaira’a 26 mm, al-Qutaylabiya 24 mm, Wadi Qandil 23 mm, al-Haffah 20 mm, Bahloulia 18 mm, Kasab 11 mm, Lattakia 5 mm, Sanfinfa and Buqa 3 mm.
In Tartous Governorate, it was recorded in Safita 18 mm, Safsa 15 mm, Qadmous 14 mm, Sheikh Badr 12 mm, Dreikish 8 mm, Banias 7 mm, Hammam Wasel 5 mm, Tartous 4 mm, and Mashta al-Helou 3 mm.
In Hama governorate, Ain al-Krum in al-Ghab recorded 3 mm, al-Karim and Apamia 2 mm and al-Suqaylabiyah 1 mm, while Jisr al-Shughur in Idlib countryside recorded 6 mm.
