According to the indictment, a score validated a person in the Ramat Aviv mall • The judge is expected to decide on the sentence and whether to convict the comedian in criminal cases

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court will today (Wednesday) sentence the entertainer Naor Zion, who admitted to assaulting a man about three years ago in the Ramat Aviv mall after claiming that he cursed him.

According to the indictment, Zion assaulted a man at the Ramat Aviv mall after it passed him and said, "Hey enlightened, I recognize you," and kept walking.

Zion, for his part, opened a run towards that man, turned him around with his hands so that he stood in front of him and pushed him back while threatening him: "Who do you think you are talking to? I'll fuck you."

He then punched him in the jaw using a punch.

The complainant asked to call the police and then a lawsuit began again between the two, during which the man warned Zion that he was expected to undergo surgery and asked that he not be harmed.

At this point, according to the indictment, the entertainer punched the complainant in the jaw again with his fist until he was stopped by passers-by.

At the hearing of the sentencing arguments before Judge Shaul Avinor, the defense attorney, Adv. Avi Amiram, requested that his client's criminal conviction be overturned.

A score that erupted during a hearing several times said: "There were curses, he cursed my form. I would never have gone to mediation if they had not added it. I checked myself well after the incident. No matter what he told me, I committed an offense. No. I had to do what I did. "

On the other hand, the prosecution representative stated that Naor had a criminal case that ended without a conviction from 2017. According to her, the complainant in this case detailed his physical and mental injury and as a result of the injury he received 25 percent disability after the attack and had difficulty returning to work.

The prosecution stated that it insisted on a criminal conviction, in part because it had taken exactly one year since his conviction was overturned and he had returned to committing an offense.
