A 50-year-old man was killed while installing an elevator in a residential building in the Beit Hanina neighborhood of Jerusalem.

The deceased, who was first rescued by fire and rescue crews after being trapped under the elevator, was transferred to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital by MDA paramedics in a humane condition, while undergoing resuscitation operations, but ultimately had no choice but to determine his death.
