Bad Tölz - The Tölz fire brigade had to move out on Thursday morning for an accident.
At around 5:30 a.m., a 40-year-old Tölzer was on his way from the barracks to the hospital with his Fiat Panda on federal road 472.
At about the level of the skater park, the man started sliding on the snow-covered lane in a slight left turn.
Car turns twice and then collides with oncoming traffic
The car spun twice and then slid into the front of an oncoming 5-series BMW, steered by a 39-year-old Lenggrieser.
The collision pushed the BMW to the guardrail.
The two passengers of the Tölzer as well as the BMW driver were slightly injured in the accident and were taken to the nearest hospital by ambulance.
The 40-year-old complained of pain and, according to the police, went to the hospital himself.
Both cars have to be recovered by the towing service - B472 is temporarily blocked
Both vehicles were no longer ready to drive and were recovered by the towing service.
The road was completely closed when the accident was recorded.
The damage to the BMW amounts to around 15,000 euros, that to the Fiat to around 5,000 euros.
