He also revealed that after the peak registration period, outreach teams will be arranged to assist the public in registering for the Hong Kong Health Code. It is meaningless for the elderly to wait at the booth.

It is difficult to determine if children are exempted from Hong Kong Health Code
Although customs clearance is imminent, some children do not have smartphones, so they will not independently have travel records with peace of mind and cannot apply for a health code. Can children be exempted?
