Among the heritage in which the late Fakhri has always broadcast life, Ibrahim selected from Baha Al-Din Zuhair’s poems “My Beloved on the World” in addition to the Aleppine Cod “The First Ten My Beloveds” and Muwashah, O Faten Al-Ghazlan, on the shrine of the Hijaz and the wine of love, drink it, through which he entertained the audience with his warm and capable voice.
Critic Omar Jumaa, who oversaw the evening, indicated in a statement to SANA reporter that it is a dedication to the soul of the late Fakhri, with the voice of a young artist skilled in songs of heritage and rap, pointing out that this form of singing is rooting for the song that exists in our history and memory, and it is our duty to adhere to this legacy consisting of poems, muwashshahs and poems. In turn, the young singer Rabie Ibrahim, a graduate of the Music Institute, stated in a similar statement that Al-Qudud Al-Halabi is a school and heritage, and we are still learning from it and it is present on all our occasions, considering that preserving the legacy of the great late Sabah Fakhri is a great responsibility on our shoulders.
