Four people were killed in tornadoes that struck today (Saturday) in five states in the central United States.
In Illinois, the storm led to the collapse of a nursing home roof, and more workers were trapped inside an Amazon warehouse while trying to defend themselves from the storm.
The nursing home housed about a hundred residents and staff.
At least five, had serious injuries as a result of the storm and the collapse of the building's roof.
Also, another nursing home located 20 miles from the collapsed nursing home was severely damaged by the tornado, but no casualties were reported there as a result of early evacuations.
Dozens were also trapped in an Amazon warehouse in the area, which collapsed from the storm.
The governor of Illinois said that the Illinois police are coordinated with local officials in the disaster area and that he is monitoring the situation.
"My prayers are with the residents of Edwardsville tonight, and I have come to the mayor to provide all the necessary state resources," he said.

Bashir also said the National Guard was called to respond to the area.

"Even though it's a tambourine of happiness - a great loss of life is expected," she said.
At least one more death was also reported in Missouri, where strong storms also occurred there, some of them tornadoes.
