"In the structure itself we used exposed concrete that is seen outside and inside the house, as part of the idea that the outside and the inside continue with each other," she continues. "We used a mixture of materials, of exposed concrete and brick walls, inside and outside the house. The exposed concrete is modern but we introduced it with gentle and modern touches and not brutally."

The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, guest toilet and pantry, which are designed so that the living room and kitchen are open to each other.

In front of the front door is the dining area, above which hangs a unique light fixture, made of brass and hanging two stories high - from the top of the house.

"The first thing you meet at the entrance to the house is a dining table with significant lighting fixtures," says Israelovich.

"In front of the entrance there is an exposed concrete wall with minimalist floating stairs made of steel that almost disappear thanks to the use of a material very similar to the exposed concrete in the wall, and next to them metal cables that make up the stair railing. "It's very interesting at first glance when you look into the house."

The exposed concrete wall continues into the living room and is completely clean, except for a TV hanging from it.

As part of the living room's monochromatic play, the design ranges from light colors in the concrete and white walls, furniture items and the floor in a light off-white hue, to a library consisting of black iron and wood, which balances the living room's light hue and adds warmth.

The library also corresponds with the black kitchen, which is made of a black nano finish with a soft, almost matte look, which gives a feeling of silk touch.

In the center of the kitchen is a niche with a stone and a wall that turns towards the stairs and goes up to the top floor.

"We wanted the wall in the kitchen to become a cladding that completes a kind of cube that goes up to the top, because even when you go up the stairs you continue to see the wall that comes from the kitchen," Israelovich explains.

Separation between the parents' area and the children's rooms.

When we arrive at the guest bathroom, Israelovich talks about them enthusiastically.

"The guest bathroom is relatively unspoiled so we decided to make a wall of a blackened mirror that both enlarges the space and produces a special intimate experience in the bathroom. We do not think or invest in guest services and it is a pity, because it is possible to create a special atmosphere there. "

"People usually do not invest in guest services and it's a shame, because it is possible to create a special atmosphere there."

In all 3 children's rooms a similar design style is maintained, only the colors are different.

The design style is also maintained in the courtyard, with an outdoor living area with a swimming pool outside the living room.

"The exterior design is made of a different material but retains the look from the inside - a look that is reflected thanks to the many panes of glass that surround the living room. Although the house is centrally located, it is still very open. We created an atmosphere of space, green lungs and lots of freedom."

On the top floor, which is covered with parquet flooring in the Pishbon pattern, there is a separation between two areas - the parents' area and the children's area, where 3 bedrooms have been designed for 4 children, the design style is preserved in all but different colors.

The master bedroom has a shower room, closet area and a bedroom where there is a free standing bath in the space.

At the back of the bed is a very special wall cladding with black slats and dangling charcoal-black lamps.

The wardrobes, located in the area designated for them, have glass doors, while one of the wardrobes has a blackened look, which creates space.

In the shower room, similar to what is done in the children's shower room, parquet flooring is used - to cover the fronts of the cabinets in the shower, and the result is two elements that correspond perfectly.
