The Hong Kong Health Code account was opened for registration on Friday (10). The reporter completed the registration at about 10 a.m. that day, and received a short message notification of successful account opening at 8 a.m. on Saturday (11th), which was only about 36 hours apart.
However, before registering the health code, citizens must update Anxin Travel to version 3.0, otherwise the system cannot find the applicant's travel record and will not be able to proceed with the following registration steps.

After updating to Anxin Travel 3.0, turn to the right on the homepage to the end, which is "Hong Kong Health Code System".
Click "Upload Travel Records to Hong Kong Health Code" on the system homepage, and you will enter the Hong Kong Health Code to log in to the system. Applicants must enter the ID number and the password set during the account registration earlier.
The system will send a verification code after logging in, and the travel record can be uploaded after confirmation.
The upload page will display the first 4 digits of the applicant’s ID number. The applicant needs to confirm the personal information collection statement and privacy policy.
On behalf of the applicant, the travel record that the applicant agrees to upload is collected, held, processed or used by the system; and he understands that deliberately providing false or misleading information may commit criminal offences.
After confirming the submitted information, the page will display "Upload Complete", including the upload time and the number of upload records/notifications.

After uploading travel records in Anxin Travel, the applicant can go to the HKCOM Code webpage and log in to the system.
The same as the above-mentioned peace of mind travel process, the applicant also needs to agree to the personal information collection statement, and then enter the Kangkang code to log in to the system again. The applicant must enter the ID number and the password set when registering the account earlier.
After logging in, citizens are required to enter the personal identification code of the mobile phone SMS to activate the account.
After opening the account, the applicant will enter the "Registrant Information" page and select "Health Declaration and Apply for Health Code". The system will display the time of the last upload of Anxin travel records and ask the applicant for the medical history of the past 14 days.
If there is no record of the day uploaded, the page will remind "The system could not find the travel record uploaded by the registrant from Anxin Travel today", and the applicant will not be able to submit an application for the Kangkang Code.

After the one-day validity period of the Hong Kong Health Code, you must repeat the 8 application steps. Verify your identity with your mobile phone verification code each time
If the submission is completed, the system will prompt that the application is being processed, and list the application number and time.
And at the bottom right of the page, you can click to view the information of the Kangkang code.
This page will provide a valid (green) or invalid Hong Kong health code (red or yellow), and display the valid time of the health code, the name of the applicant and the ID number.
If the switch is officially opened in the future, the applicant can apply for the conversion of the Guangdong-Kangkang code with the Hong Kong-Kangkang code on this page.
