Tensions in East Jerusalem: Arab youths threw a Molotov cocktail at Jewish homes and set fire to vehicles
Against the background of the growing tension in the east of the city, in less than a day three incidents of violence occurred.
In the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, Jews threw stones at Palestinian vehicles, and a vehicle belonging to a Jewish resident was set on fire for the seventh time this year.
In Beit Hanina, an Arab threw a Molotov cocktail at Jewish homes.

A series of violent incidents took place today (Sunday) in East Jerusalem.
In Beit Hanina, a young Arab threw a Molotov cocktail at Jewish homes, an unknown vehicle was set on fire in Sheikh Jarrah, and in the morning several Palestinian vehicles in the neighborhood were damaged by stones being thrown at them.
No casualties were reported in all cases, but property damage was caused.
Tonight around 01:00, masked Jews threw stones at several vehicles in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem, and fled the scene.
Police were called to the scene, searched for the suspects and opened an investigation.

Tonight, a young Arab man threw a Molotov cocktail at Jewish homes on the outskirts of the Beit Hanina neighborhood in the city, and no casualties were reported.
A few hours later, unknown individuals set fire to a vehicle of a Jewish resident in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
This is the 7th time since the beginning of the year that the same person's vehicle has caught fire.
There were no casualties.
The police said: "We will continue to act against violence of any kind, riots and acts of vandalism in the area and in general."
