Officers took action today and arrested a 29-year-old male salesperson for violating the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.

The investigation revealed that the retail store involved sold the mobile phone at a price of about 2,800 yuan, which was similar to the market price. However, the arrested shop assistant suspected that the old phone was sold as a new phone.
