The coalition withdrew a bill tonight (Monday), due to the policy of non-offsets by the opposition, which repealed all speeches on the law. No majority was obtained for the vote, and the government was forced to withdraw the law from the agenda.
Minister of Internal Security Amar Bar-Lev announced that the government had withdrawn the bill to transfer the Community Security Authority from the Ministry of Community Promotion to the Ministry of Internal Security. The proposal seeks to make the amendments to the legislation that complement the government decision regarding the closure of the Ministry of Strengthening and Community Promotion and the transfer of the Community Security Authority to the Ministry of Internal Security.
Because of the difficulty in gaining a majority, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Defense Minister Bnei Gantz will come later tonight to vote through the stand of the isolated in the plenum, in favor of voting on laws that are not in agreement with the opposition.
Bennett will return to Israel from his visit to the United Arab Emirates and is committed to isolation, and Gantz who returned from the United States is also committed to isolation.
Bennett as prime minister will not be able to walk around the Knesset or get to his office, he will have to move from the vehicle to the podium and back.
The opposition plans to exhaust the prime minister and prolong the discussions on the proposals as much as possible.

The Likud, Torah Judaism, Shas and Religious Zionism have decided not to offset by a vote MK Shirley Pinto, a member of the right-wing party, who gave birth last week to a daughter, and is currently recovering from childbirth. Despite opposition, the meeting decided to cancel the agreements with the coalition that was supposed to take place in Speaker Mickey Levy, in protest against the coalition. This is a weekly meeting in which the parties would reach an agreement on the legislation and the number of hours of plenary debates.
Opposition mentioned incidents that occurred in the past in which members of the current coalition Knesset members did not offset despite exceptional circumstances that prevented them from reaching the plenum. For example, we mentioned the case in 2018, when MK Sharan Hashakel was hospitalized, and the MK arrived with an infusion to vote. Former Likud member Yehuda Glick sat seven on his wife, and the opposition refused to give him a set-off as well as another case in which H.As Tzipi Hotovli appeared in the plenum two weeks after giving birth to vote on the draft law because they refused to offset it.
