Daraa-Sana
The Directorate of Education in Daraa returned the Sheikh Miskin First School, a second cycle, to service after the completion of the restoration and rehabilitation works.
The head of the school buildings department in the Education Directorate, Eng. Rady Aloni, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the restoration and rehabilitation work was carried out in cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee Council, indicating that the school’s capacity is about 340 students.
He added that the executed works included structural support, cladding, fence preparation, health facilities, gardens, playground, and others.
The Directorate of Education had completed, in an earlier stage, the rehabilitation of the tenth Busr Al-Harir School and the martyr Al-Kanakry in Nawa, and it had renovated the commercial secondary school in Busra Al-Sham and Al-Shahid Al-Wadi in the village of Mal, Al-Masiriya for basic education, Sison and the second daughters of Nawa, a second cycle.
