Four people were killed today (Monday) in road accidents across the country.

Tonight, a 54-year-old man and a 29-year-old man from Nazareth were killed near Migdal HaEmek, after apparently colliding with a pillar with their vehicle.

They were trapped in a vehicle and the MDA team was forced to determine their deaths on the spot. The police opened an investigation.

MDA paramedic Assaf Chen described the road accident as "very serious, there was a lot of commotion at the scene."

The two dead were trapped in the crushed vehicle, and during the rescue operations, MDA staff performed medical tests on them, "but they suffered severe multi-system injuries and were without signs of life and we have no choice but to determine their deaths."
