A 6-year-old boy who lost consciousness at his home in Netivot was brought to Barzilai Hospital today (Monday).
Despite resuscitation efforts at his home and hospital, the death of the child who was not in the health line was determined.
At the same time, the boy's sister was hospitalized with similar symptoms.
The Rescue Union said that the organization's medical teams provided first aid and performed CPR on a 5-year-old boy who lost consciousness at his home in Netivot.
Meir Israel, a paramedic from the Rescue Union, said: "When I arrived at the scene, we were told that the child had lost consciousness while sleeping. We performed prolonged resuscitation operations on him and then he was taken to the hospital while resuscitation operations continued in human condition."
