A physiotherapist and a firefighter from Montpellier were arrested and taken into custody Tuesday, December 14, for having fraudulently provided tests, according to
Midi Libre
.
Already implicated this summer, the two professionals would have delivered no less than 123 false PCR tests and false health passes to some 35 people, mainly their relatives.

To provide service to beneficiaries, always free of charge, the two men used the physiotherapist's software, which allowed them to modify the tests by computer, reveal our colleagues.
Their relatives used them in particular to go to Ibiza, or to the Monte-Carlo rally.
Fines for beneficiaries
In police custody, the two accomplices admitted the facts.
They risk heavy professional sanctions and must appear before the Montpellier prosecutor's office.
As for the beneficiaries of the false passes, they were found by the cybercrime group of the gendarmes of the research section of Montpellier.
Since then, they have all been the subject of a simplified legal procedure and received a fine ranging from 500 to 3,500 euros.
