The cyberbunker for criminal business in the Darknet will continue to occupy the judiciary.
The attorney general in Koblenz has appealed against the judgment of the Trier regional court, said senior public prosecutor Jörg Angerer on Wednesday the German press agency.
The court sentenced all eight defendants to prison terms on Monday for membership in a criminal organization.

The court acquitted the defendants of the allegation of aiding and abetting these crimes because it was not possible to prove that they had actually known about individual acts and actively promoted them.
The public prosecutor's office, with which the state central office for cybercrime is docked, sees things differently.
For them, the allegation of aiding and abetting has also been confirmed in a process that has lasted over a year.
"We are not convinced by the reasons for the judgment," said Angerer.
“We have a different legal assessment than the regional court.” Now wait for the written judgment.
The lawyers of the 62-year-old main defendant, who had been sentenced as the "head of the gang" to five years and nine months in prison, had already announced a revision on Monday.

The remaining men and one woman received sentences of between four years and three months and one year on probation.

The underground facility on the Moselle was excavated by hundreds of police officers in autumn 2019 after five years of investigations.
For the first time, the focus was not on the perpetrators who illegally sell drugs or weapons on the Darknet, but on those who make the business as web hosts technically possible in the first place.
Drug deals worth many millions of euros, data stealing, computer attacks and counterfeit money transactions ran through the servers in Traben-Trarbach.
