It is one of the characteristics of the 'La Spezia - Thousand and One Nights' agreement between the Municipality and the Chamber of Commerce, with a special partner, Spezia Calcio. It will be enough to book at least one night in one of the participating accommodation facilities to take advantage of the promotion. The football club has the task of promoting the initiative to the community of ball fans who move up and down Italy every week to follow their own colors. The Ligurian city tries to intercept this flow and transform the 'hit and run' approach into an extended stay. "Visitors will have more time to appreciate our commercial fabric and all that the city has to offer - said Mayor Pierluigi Peracchini -. Starting from December 20, the professional accommodation facilities interested in participating will be able to register for the call and will be included in a list that tourists can consult through a dedicated landing page.
The places will be available until all funds are used up, which amounts to 50 thousand euros.
For Spezia Calcio, owned by the American Platek family, only the first of a series of initiatives related to tourism in Rivera.
