After the MK is suspected of conducting a double vote last July, Lahav 433 investigators will arrive at the Knesset on Monday to move forward with an investigation that has been opened.

Lahav 433 investigators will come to collect testimony in the Knesset this coming Monday as part of the investigation of Deputy Minister and MK Avir Kara on suspicion that he conducted a double vote last July.

This was first reported today (Thursday) on the N12.

As you may recall, last July, MK Kara twice voted from both his computer and the computer of his faction member, Coalition Chairman MK Idit Silman, on some of the sections in the Khalal Law.

MK Kara clearly claimed before Knesset Speaker MK Miki Levy that he had voted by mistake. Despite this, the storm did not subside. The Likud responded: "The fraud government continues with a 'no surprises' policy: "Scores, now voting in the plenum is stealing."

Spokeswoman for the Knesset (Plenary) stated: "With the resumption of the plenary session, Knesset Speaker MK Miki Levy announced that after the issue was examined by the Legal Advisory Service, together with the Knesset Secretary and other speakers, with MK Kara, and with a partial presence Of MK Ohana in whose presence a question was also asked, and in favor of maintaining the purity of the vote a re-vote will be held.

"The issue was examined, there was a vote, according to MK Kara's statement, one vote inadvertently.

However, despite what was said on behalf of the Knesset, an investigation was opened on the issue, which, as stated, will go up a stage next week.
