Mother lets her partner abuse her daughter - and watches

A woman from Bavaria tolerated the fact that her underage daughter was sexually abused on many occasions - she has now been sentenced to five years in prison for this.

Scheinfurt - According to investigators, the girl was nine years old when the mother's 49-year-old partner began to sexually abuse her.

The proceedings involved a large number of attacks between summer 2018 and summer 2020 in the Bad Kissingen area.

According to the indictment, the 40-year-old not only knew about her partner's offenses against the child, but was also there in part.

The German was also convicted for countless recordings showing acts of abuse against the daughter.

Five years imprisonment for a woman from Schweinfurt: She was there when her daughter was abused

The district court Schweinfurt * sentenced the 40-year-old on Friday to a prison sentence of five years for aiding and abetting serious sexual abuse.

The court made the punishment even more severe because, as a mother, she would have had a very special protective function.

The judge quoted on Friday an educator of the home in which the girl was housed, according to which the child was heavily stressed by the incidents.

"It looks to itself to blame and is devastated," she said.

The process had largely taken place in camera to protect the girl - who also testified.

The verdict is not yet legally binding.

The truck driver got the investigation rolling

The partner had already been sentenced to ten years imprisonment in May for serious forced prostitution and serious sexual abuse.

A 51-year-old, to whom he left the child in an apartment, was convicted of abuse, among other things.

In both cases the defense went on appeal.

The investigation was started by a truck driver whom the child had offered himself to in a freeway parking lot on the instructions of the stepfather.

Another, previously unknown truck driver is said to have accepted such an offer and abused the minor.
