Dozens of Palestinians participated this evening in a solidarity stand in the city of Jenin in the West Bank, in solidarity with the prisoners inside the Israeli occupation prisons.
Wafa Agency stated that the participants in the sit-in organized by the institutions of prisoners and the Palestinian national forces raised Palestinian flags and pictures of martyrs and prisoners and banners denouncing the occupation calling on international human rights and humanitarian institutions, especially the Red Cross, to pressure the occupation to return the bodies of the martyrs it is holding and the immediate release of prisoners who are subjected to brutal violations, especially sick of them.
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli jails face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
