Today, a virtual hall was opened to teach the Russian language for boys in the boarding schools for the sons of martyrs in Damascus, with the aim of teaching students the Russian language through interactive lessons and lectures held in Russia, in which students participate virtually.
Minister of Education Dr. Darem Tabbaa stressed the importance of cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Russia in all fields to serve the educational process, which is embodied today by the opening of this hall, which indicates the interest of the Russian Federal Government in Syrian youth and in teaching the Russian language, especially for the sons and daughters of martyrs who fought terrorism and sacrificed their lives in The battle itself is on the side of the Russian army.
The head of the Christian World Federation Alexei Cherkezov indicated that other virtual teaching divisions will be opened in the boarding schools for the daughters of the martyrs, and that the equipment of these classrooms is provided by the Russian government, expressing his hope to strengthen educational cooperation between the two sides not only in the field of the Russian language but to include other study subjects.
Brigadier-General Lamis Rajab, director of boarding schools for the sons and daughters of the martyrs, indicated that teaching the Russian language through these halls by default will be according to a specific educational program, which is an important step to raise the level of Russian language education for Syrian students.
The inauguration was attended by the Director of International Relations in the Russian Ministry of Education Sergey Shatnov, members of the Christian World Union and the head of the Revolutionary Youth Union in charge of Ali Al-Abbas.
