Elections in Libya will not take place as scheduled on December 24. No official source has yet announced it, but in Western chancelleries, specialists in the case are already working on a postponement of the ballot. It could take place at the beginning of the year, in January or in February. The announced delay of the presidential and legislative elections, foreseen by the resolution 2570 of the Security Council of the United Nations, is due to the fact that the electoral lists, which are completed, cannot be made public because of the multiple legal remedies available to against several candidates. The electoral law, moreover, is still not unanimous. In this context, while the situation is still as tense and volatile in the country,
