SANA’s reporter stated that the popular factions targeted, with an explosive device, a vehicle of the “Qasd” militiamen of the “Van” type while it was passing on the main road in Ghweran neighborhood in the vicinity of Al-Basel roundabout in the city of Al-Hasakah.

The sources indicated that the SDF militia brought in reinforcements from its armed men and imposed a security cordon around the place. It was not possible to ascertain any casualties among the militia.
