The activities of the “Producers” exhibition in its second session, which was hosted by Khan Al-Shouna in the city of Aleppo for five days, was concluded and was a destination for the people of Aleppo to see what the participants created of their products of textile industries, ready-made clothes, Aleppo food, sweets, engineering industries, spare parts and handicrafts.
Participant Hadi Ibrahim Agha indicated that he displayed a range of ready-made cotton garments and jeans, where he started his production using primitive machines and machines and was able to develop his work and buy new machines, fabrics and raw materials for the garment industry after receiving the production grant, considering that the exhibition enabled him to display and introduce his products and deliver them to shoppers at competitive prices .
As for Rania Homsani, who works with her husband in the manufacture of toys, gifts and handicrafts, she started her career from home, and the production grant that she obtained for her project constituted a turning point in expanding and developing her work. One family with the producers and manufacturers participating in the exhibition and wishes to participate in it every year.
Tony Hana says that he specializes in printing on wood, crystal, cell phone accessories, and another section for handicrafts and adornment tools, and the production of souvenirs required by young people. The exhibition achieved its ambition by displaying its products to a wider segment of shoppers.
As for Ravi Matossian, he specializes in the manufacture of detergents and shampoos. He started working in a narrow place, then developed his work and expanded his place to have a small factory for the production of detergents. Despite the difficulties he faces in securing raw materials and lack of electricity, he managed to adapt with the conditions and work on the manufacture of new items at prices Fit shoppers.
It is noteworthy that the “Producers” exhibition had been opened with the participation of more than 258 exhibitors distributed over 107 pavilions in the archaeological Khan al-Shouna, which was rehabilitated and restored near the Aleppo Citadel.
