Tnuva competes with food chains:

Tnuva, the largest food group in Israel, launches the Tnuva Market website, a trading platform for direct purchase, which it established in collaboration with the Shockbook website under the management of Eyal Yaakobi, which specializes in selling fresh fruits and vegetables directly from farmers.

The Tnuva Market website, which has just been launched, will offer a wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy products, boutique breads from "Bread in the Mill", seedlings - including herbs, fresh pastas and juices.

Later it will expand to other areas in the fresh world, including eggs and meat, depending on demand.

The Tnuva to the House site, which was active during the Corona period, will no longer operate.

From the Tnuva Market website,

The Tnuva Market site offers a wide spread and reaches more than 600 localities, between Sde Boker in the south and the Krayot in the north.

The number of localities will be expanded according to demand.

Currently the service can be ordered from one day to the next in the central area for customers until 19:00, and in other areas the deliveries will arrive several times a week and depending on demand.

On the occasion of the launch, until mid-January, customers over NIS 100 will receive free shipping, after which the shipping cost will be NIS 35 for customers up to NIS 100, NIS 25 for customers between NIS 101-400 and free for customers over NIS 400.

At the new site, for example, Bulgarian Piraeus cheese will cost NIS 16.8 percent, NIS 22.8, compared to NIS 19.8-23.7 at the MySupermarket, tomatoes at NIS 7.9 and NIS 4.7 or 4 units at NIS 16.

Avivit Rotline, director of Tnuva Market's operations, told Israel Today:

"Tnuva's activity to the house took place in Corona, when the writers found it difficult to deliver all the goods. This activity ended and was replaced. "And offer a wide basket of fresh products of a high standard with home delivery. We know how to identify high demand using an algorithm, and as a result we will expand the distribution and frequency areas."

What is your advantage?

Today there are various solutions in the field.

Yango Bucket, for example, deliver groceries in up to 15 minutes.

"We are the platform of direct sales from the producers, directly from the farmers, Tnuva dairies and the bakery that bakes the bread only after you order it. We provide an exceptional freshness experience. We arrive as quickly as possible from the picking time, the dairy and the bakery, and shorten the delivery time. We do not have full holdings so we can not arrive within an hour. "

"Prices reflect the service consumers receive."

And what about prices?

"Our prices embody the service we provide, in that we do not have full stock and deliver fresh products, and this has logistical costs. The products reach customers through an array of refrigerated trucks directly from Tnuva Market to the customer's home, as well as through packages containing insulated materials. "Premium. The prices are completely fair and reflect the service that consumers receive."

Tnuva's goal right now is to compete with food chains?

"Our goal is to reach consumers and strengthen the connection with them not only through the shelves of the writer. Today there are many consumer trends, and one of them is the separation of shopping, according to which consumers separate buying vegetables and fruits from breads, etc. We thought of a basket that meets this trend. "It's a different experience and another platform."

Eyal Melis, CEO of the Tnuva Group, stated:

"This is a strategic move that is part of Tnuva's direct sales strategy (D2C), and one of the growth engines that the group has defined for the coming years.

Following the success of the 'Tnuva to the House' move during the Corona period, we identified a need among the public to receive quality and fresh products to the house.

"Tnuva, with its wide product basket, combined with the capabilities of Shokbok and the quality of the products directly from the farmer, will allow the consumer to enjoy a quality shopping experience."
