"As a member of the IAEA, Iran is committed to its obligations under the International Atomic Energy Agency's Convention on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons," Foreign Ministry spokesman Said Khatibazda said this morning during a weekly briefing at the Foreign Ministry. The seventh ended without results, but he clarified: "We will not disqualify the ten uranium at a 90% level if the talks fail."
As you may recall, at the end of November the countries that signed the original nuclear agreement from 2015 met for almost a month in Vienna, the capital of Austria, in favor of renewing the nuclear dialogue in an attempt to revive it.
Tehran demanded the removal of all sanctions on its economy but members of European delegations said they did not see the seriousness or flexibility required to reach final understandings and representatives returned last week to their countries.

In addition, the spokesman referred to the general tension with the Saudi monarchy after Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian and his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud met separately yesterday with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan (69) in Islamabad.
"We invite Riyadh to take a diplomatic and political approach and to respect the principle of non-interference in other countries, the only way forward for the region," Khatibazada noted.
The Deputy Foreign Minister for Strategic Affairs, Yosh Zarqa, wrote in response to the Iranian Foreign Minister's statement: "Nuclear blackmail should not be allowed under any circumstances. Iran is playing a very dangerous game with the future of our region."
Jerusalem is being monitored with concern and in this context Defense Minister Bnei Gantz said this morning that "Iran's regime leaders are well aware of their situation, so Iran is coming to negotiations without real bargaining chips. Iran's time-pulling strategy can and should be broken."
