The Likud is demanding the establishment of a parliamentary inquiry committee, which will examine whether Education Minister Yifat Shasha Bitton has hidden from Prime Minister Naftali Bennett data on the extent of corona morbidity in the education system, as claimed in several recent publications.

MK Ophir Katz of the Likud said that "Shasha Bitton needs to understand that she is no longer in the games in the Corona Committee, and now she is responsible for the health of our children.

"These publications, if they are true, are very serious, and it is our duty to examine in depth whether there was any concealment of data here."
