【14:38】新鴻基地產執行董事郭基煇表示,今次參與選舉的候選人不只有青年階層,也有基層、學界、政界、勞工、商界,以至於白領和藍領,有廣泛代表性,期待香港踏入良政善治的新常態。他又指希望能選出有新作為的議員,在各種深層次矛盾下,突破新局面,而商界也會全力協助。他又希望新議員能向外界和國內同胞講好「香港故事」,以及香港背靠祖國、面向全球的優點。

對於新選制會否減少地產商影響力,他未有正面回應,但稱如有留意「六中全會」和中央經濟小組會議的內容,會明白「共同富裕」是希望讓「先富幫後富」,也是希望大家一起「做大個餅」,讓基層可以向上流動。他強調商界會鼎力支持,認為是香港向前行的重要一步。

【13:59】選委之一、全國政協委員李民斌表示,今次選舉對香港來說意義非常深遠,呼籲選民善用手中選票,投選賢能。他稱新選制為香港開啟了新氣象,將擺脫以往爭拗不休、阻礙施政的局面,期望成功當選的議員,除了要聚焦發展經濟民生,監督政府實現良政善治、解決深層次矛盾、推動重大規劃的落實外,更要廣泛協調各階層關係,凝聚社會團結。

【13:43】截至中午12時半,即開始投票後四小時,共有540,336人投票,投票率為12.08%。相比起2016年立法會選舉,當時票站由7時半開放,四小時內投票率為11.05%;到12時半,投票率為14.99%。至於前年區議會選舉,四小時內投票率為24.37%;到12時半,投票率為30.98%。

【13:40】全國青聯副主席梁宏正,特別呼籲年輕人投票,相信會選出90個能夠為香港謀福祉的立法會議員。他指看到候選人在不同板塊,例如地區直選,努力介紹自己政綱,香港未來日子除要面對疫情,亦有不同挑戰,今天投票會影響未來香港發展,希望年輕人明白到這一點,繼而出來投票。

對於投票率低,他指自己更關心能否選出恰當的候選人進入議會,並且有信心能做到。被問及選擇候選人標準,他指會選擇關注年輕人議題和有相關經驗的候選人。

【13:00】選委汪明荃現身投票站,她表示投票有難度,因候選人名字眾多,當中有部分不認識,而選委須一張選票剔選40人,若多了、或少了都會當作廢票處理。對於會否支持現屆議員重返議會,她指會看對方是否做實事,例如會否拖延會議進行等。對於投票率高低,她坦言不懂得評價,但希望更多市民出來投票,她指如果「低也沒辦法,遊戲規則就是這樣」。

馮驊:5票站遇阻滯須補鐘

【12:54】選舉管理委員會主席馮驊表示,今早有4個票站延遲了開放,但延誤不多於10分鐘,包括長沙灣體育館、嗇色園可德幼稚園、青山天主教小學和香港教育大學賽馬會小學。連同西環保良局天德長者援手網絡中心,因網絡連線不穩定須暫停投票22分鐘,總共5個票站須按照延遲時間補鐘,推後票站關閉時間。

唐英年:投票率不會超越上次選舉

【12:29】全國政協常委唐英年讚賞投票程序流暢,不需要排隊,形容今次是完善選舉制度後的全面選舉,十分有意義。他稱會投選貫徹「愛國者治港」以及有承擔和能力的議員。

對於外界關注今次選舉投票率,他認為今次選舉的重點是候選人的政綱和表現,不會以投票率作為選舉是否成功的唯一準則,強調投票率高亦不一定選到最好的議員進入議會。他估計今次投票率不會超越上次選舉,但強調自己關注選舉的素質,不只是投票率高低。

陳同佳有助選情?管浩鳴:兩者無關係

【12:18】選委會界別候選人、聖公會教省秘書長管浩鳴現身投票站,他表示投票日不談陳同佳,會待投票日後再談論有關議題。被問及陳同佳是否讓他知名度增加,有助選情,他指兩者「無關係」。

對於勝選機會,他稱不知道,會以平常心應對。另外他又不認為全職牧師和議員工作有衝突,很多國家的全職牧師都在議會發聲,自己亦會分配時間。

【12:23】截至早上11時半,即開始投票後三小時,共有418,061人投票,投票率為9.35%。相比起2016年立法會選舉,當時票站由7時半開放,三小時內投票率為7.12%;到11時半,投票率為11.05%。至於前年區議會選舉,三小時內投票率為17.43%;到11時半,投票率為24.37%。

【12:18】選舉管理委員會宣布,由於二○二一年立法會換屆選舉的保良局天德長者援手網絡中心投票站(編號:A0901),今日早上十一時零五分因網絡連線不穩定須暫停投票22分鐘,選管會考慮相關情況後,決定將該投票站的開放時間順延22分鐘至晚上十時五十二分,讓受影響的選民投票。

白韞六:廉署截至星期四接獲29宗投訴

【11:15】廉政專員白韞六表示今早投票過程順利、平穩,截至星期四接獲29宗投訴,強調會確求選舉公平公正,防止任何人操控破壞選舉。被問到對候選人的準則為何?白韞六稱心目中已有評核和選擇,不會公開說明。至於會否就通緝張崑陽等人有進一步行動,他稱不會就個別案件評論,只稱定會嚴肅執法。

陳馮富珍:經過混亂後現在再出發

【11:10】陳馮富珍表示,非常高興作為公民盡了責任和權利,呼籲市民踴躍投票。她表示新制度選出「愛國者治港」是理所當然。她指經過一段時間社會混亂狀態,現在可以再出發,香港有條件在獅子山下再創新高。

她希望新一屆議員能理性討論,協同發展。通過協商為老百姓解決諸如房屋、貧富懸殊,香港社會經濟,年輕人就業創業問題,以及融入國家發展大局。她認為今次選舉有「三利」,有利香港長遠發展,有利香港民主制度穩步前行,以及有利香港全面落實「一國兩制」。

聶德權籲投票證明制度順利運作

【11:00】公務員事務局局長聶德權表示,這次是完善選舉制度後的首場立法會選舉,最重要是選出有心有力、符合愛國者原則的議員進入政治體制。他又指,希望香港回復穩定,讓議會有效理性運作,大家在穩定環境下發展經濟、改善民生。他強調選民投票除了盡公民責任、行使公民權利外,更深意義是在完善選舉制度後,與「一國兩制」相適應的制度能順利運作。

【11:00】全國僑聯副主席盧文端表示,預計這屆立法會投票率約30%,與回歸首兩屆的立法會選舉投票率相若。他指,投票率高低與新選舉制度沒直接關係,強調投票高未必好事,如上屆立法會選舉的投票率高,但選出一個長期「拉布」和癱瘓特區政府的立法會。

盧文端認為,投票率低因反中亂港人士未能「入閘」,減少社會兩極對抗的氣氛,強調最重要是選出為特區政府出謀獻策、解決社會深層次矛盾及民生問題的議員。

全國人大常委譚耀宗投票後表示,這次是選舉制度改變後的首場立法會選舉,具有特別意義,希望選舉能產生一批愛國愛港、有能力、有擔當的議員,為香港未來的社會發展經濟及改善民生作出貢獻。

譚惠珠:市民出來投票 投票率就會提高

【10:40】基本法委員會副主任譚惠珠到會展投票,表示選舉投票流程流暢,每一個議席競爭都沒有任何「祝福」。對於投票率爭議,她認為毋須糾纏擔心,她指2016年立法會選舉有35席來自地區直選、以及5席來自「超級區議會」,選舉氣氛較為熱熾,因為當時比例代表制下容許多人在名單參選,而且疫情前擺街站也沒有限聚令等限制,所以在選舉資源和環境因素都不能直接比較。

譚惠珠強調大家只要出來投票,投票率就會提高。

一小時內14.2萬選民投票 投票率3.18%

【10:35】截至早上9時半,即開始投票後一小時,共有142,304人完成投票,投票率為3.18%。相比起2016年立法會選舉,當時票站由7時半開放,一小時內投票率為1.31%;到9時半,投票率為3.73%。至於前年區議會選舉,一小時內投票率為3.82%;到9時半,投票率為10.41%。

【10:10】律政司司長鄭若驊表示,這次選舉候選人非常多元化,有不同年齡、背景等,反映出政治包容性和廣泛代表性。她呼籲市民在晚上十點半前去投票,選出為香港做事的愛國愛港人士。

梁振英籲投票向舊選制「說不」

【09:30】全國政協副主席梁振英到灣仔會展投票,他指今次是完善選舉制度後首次立法會選舉,認為除了選賢與能,亦是向過往令本港停滯不前、磋跎歲月的立法會選舉制度,以及部分議員「說不」。他呼籲選民盡早投票,指一百多名候選人,無論學歷背景及論政水平,都符合《基本法》下的全面代表性,相信當選者組成的立法會,能夠掌握好國家發展勢頭和機遇,令各行業市民有更好生活。

他又強調香港是一個地區不是國家,選舉制度在《基本法》下有明確規定,過去部分人有意無意中否定有關規範,令立法會權力無限擴大。

創科局派逾600人支援電子派票等措施

【09:30】創新及科技局局長薛永恒出席電台節目時,呼籲愛國愛港市民今日積極投票,期望完善選舉制度後,立法會回歸和平、理性及務實。 他稱創科局在籌備選舉期間派出600多人,包括資訊科技專業人才和高層人員等協助,並設立電子派票系統。他解釋以往靠紙本劃線派票,難免有機會出現人為錯誤,相信改用電子派票後,令投票更有效率、準確及減少出錯,直言政府會全力以赴提供協助。

多名局長先後在所屬選區票站投票

【09:15】多名局長先後到各自所屬選區投票,陳肇始今早到上碧瑤灣遊樂場票站投票後表示,票站有實施防疫措施,人流也不多,呼籲選民踴躍投票,選賢任能。教育局局長楊潤雄則在何文田官立中學投票,呼籲選民為香港盡公民責任,選出議員代自己發聲。環境局局長黃錦星則在杏花邨,投下地區直選及功能界別的選票,他本身也是一名註冊建築師。

Waiting time system for online ticket checking station fails to work

Deng Bingqiang points out that electronic ticket dispatch is smooth

[08:40] The Secretary for Security Tang Ping-kiang went to the polling station on Tin Kwong Road in To Kwa Wan to vote this morning. When he met with the media, he said that it only took a few minutes to complete the voting, emphasizing that the electronic voting system is very smooth.

He also pointed out that this is the first election after the election system has been improved. He hopes that qualified voters will vote as soon as possible to elect members who love the country and Hong Kong and serve Hong Kong.

After Chen Zhaoshi went to the polling station of the Upper Baguio Bay Recreation Ground to vote this morning, he said that the polling station had implemented anti-epidemic measures and there were not many people.
