Shortly after her return to Sweden, Princess Madeleine celebrates her royal comeback.

She gets support from three cute Christmas helpers.

Stockholm - The joy of reunion couldn't be greater: Princess Madeleine (39) has Swedish soil under her feet again.

As reported by 24royal.de, the mother of three returned home with her family after an absence of several months.

At the start of her Christmas visit, Princess Madeleine completed a very special appointment.

At the side of husband Chris O'Neill (47) and their three children, the 39-year-old rang in the holidays in Stockholm Castle.

The Swedish royal family has been accepting Christmas trees in the palace for many years from the students of the Forestry Academy, this time Madeleine's family of five was allowed to take on the traditional task.

Princess Leonore (7) and Princess Adrienne (3) enchanted in a sweet partner look consisting of a dark green velvet dress and a white top, and her brother Nicolas (6) had also made himself chic.

His dark red sweater went perfectly with Mama Madeleine's black and red checked skirt, which she combined with a black turtleneck.

The royal offspring did not go away empty-handed at the handover of the fir trees - a first for the sibling trio - and were given their very own mini-trees.

How long Princess Madeleine will stay in Sweden, the palace has not yet revealed, further official appearances are not planned according to the royal calendar.
