deceptive commercial practices
” of the company.

They all revolve around warranty extensions.
According to the injunction, the company presents to its customers "
confusing information on the rights of consumers in terms of legal guarantees
".
Second, she describes a guarantee that happens to be issued by a third party, an insurance broker, as a product of Micromania.

Finally, the company is reprimanded for having imposed guarantee terms "
not provided for in the legal texts
" on its customers.
The agency reminds that it is not authorized to give 15 days to users to activate their guarantee under penalty of nullity.

" denounces the surveillance agency.
When contacted, the company Micromania declined to comment.
