The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office today (Monday) filed an indictment in the city district court against a 15-year-old woman who stabbed a Jewish woman in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem about two weeks ago.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Aviad Devik, about two weeks ago, the defendant stabbed a Jewish woman in front of her children with a knife. After the stabbing incident, the defendant fled and tried to hide her identity.
The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of offenses of a terrorist act of attempted murder and obstruction of justice.
The prosecution also asked the court to order her detention until the end of the legal proceedings against her.
