Three men were indicted after the murder of a forty-something, found stabbed in the street at the beginning of the month in a street of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (Val-de-Marne), the Créteil prosecutor's office said on Tuesday, confirming information from the Actu 17 website.
Early in the morning of December 2, a man in his forties was found lying on a sidewalk, his body showing signs of laceration.
A pair of scissors had been found near him, according to a police source.
A resident, who had seen him, had called for help before performing cardiac massage.
A man was arrested and indicted for intentional homicide shortly after the fact, said the Créteil prosecutor's office.
He would be 27 years old, according to Actu 17, and would have been arrested in an apartment where the victim was squatting.
Two other people, aged 17 and 18 according to the specialized site, were arrested in December in Troyes (Aube).
They are being prosecuted on the same charge.
The three men, all of Algerian origin and in an irregular situation in France according to Actu 17, were remanded in custody.
According to a source familiar with the matter, the murder could be linked to an argument between the victim and the defendants, who shared the same squat.
