The Technical Services Directorate in Hama has completed the preparation of two centers in Masyaf and Jurin to face any damage or repercussions that may occur as a result of weather conditions in some areas of the western countryside of the governorate.
Engineer Hakam Al-Sebahi, director of technical services in the governorate, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the directorate has adopted two centers in the western countryside to cover all mountainous areas that often witness heavy snow and rain that may cause roadblocks or damage to citizens’ homes.
Al-Sebahi indicated that the two centers were equipped with a number of engineering mechanisms (bulldozers and trucks) and rapid intervention elements whose mission is to respond to any emergency or urgent distress call located along the geographical area from the town of Goren in the north to the town of Kafr Kamra in the south.
