Against the background of the severe damage suffered by the tourism industry during the Corona crisis, and following the statement of Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman regarding the guides, MK Hauser proposed that they be included in site preservation and rehabilitation activities.
As you may recall, at a cabinet meeting last week, Finance Minister Lieberman said that mentors should "consider changing professions."
Against the background of the storm that arose around the statement, Lieberman later apologized.
Meanwhile, MK Zvika Hauser (New Hope) has put forward a new proposal - to include mentors in site preservation and rehabilitation activities.
