France recorded 84,272 new infections with the Corona virus, which is the second highest daily number of infections monitored by France this year, while 170 deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours.
Reuters quoted data from the French Ministry of Health that the total number of infections in the country reached 8,798,028, while the total deaths rose to 122,116 cases since the start of the pandemic.
France is still ranked seventh in the world in terms of injuries.
