On Sunday, December 19, there was no "Anne Will" to be seen in the first.
The ARD political talk was canceled.
Berlin - Usually the political talk "Anne Will" runs on the ARD on Sunday evening.
After the crime scene, the moderator usually greets her guests at 9.45 p.m.
However, the program will not be shown on December 19.
After the Munich “Tatort” with the title “There are always miracles”, ARD is showing the first two episodes of the new series “Legal Affairs”.
According to ARD information, the series of lawyers is intended to convey the breadth of the work of media lawyers.
Anne Will (ARD): Winter break until January 23, 2022
"Anne Will" will not be seen again until the new year.
The Polittalk takes a break from broadcasting over the turn of the year.
It will not continue until January 23, 2022.

No other politician was a frequent guest on ARD and ZDF talk shows in 2021.

There were also 11 invitations (previous year 17) for the ZDF talk “Markus Lanz”, which was broadcast three times a week.
Lauterbach was a guest on a talk show 40 times - or to put it another way: around every nine days.
Anne Will (ARD): 2021 most successful year for Polittalk
By the way, 2021 was the most successful year in the 14-year history of the show for “Anne Will”. In 31 issues up to December 12th, the program, for which NDR was responsible and produced in Berlin, achieved an average market share of 15.2 percent. That is the highest market share since the show started. On average over the year, more than 4.1 million viewers followed the program on Sunday from 9.45 p.m. This means that “Anne Will” remains by far the most watched talk show on German television.
The highest audience rating of the year was achieved by “Anne Will” with the edition that followed on from the triumph of the Chancellor candidate and the two Chancellor candidates on ARD and ZDF on September 12th (5.8 million viewers / 24.2 percent market share).
The talk “Anne Will” has existed since 2007. In 2011, Will moved from Sunday to Wednesday in favor of Günther Jauch.
Since January 2016, almost six years ago, the show has been the ARD Sunday talk again.
On Sunday evening, the ARD Tagesschau ran as usual in front of the crime scene.
There was a small glitch.
News anchor Julia-Niharika Sen had to apologize twice.
