A traffic accident occurred in Tsim Sha Tsui a few days ago. At 10 am yesterday (21st), a 57-year-old man surnamed Leung drove a taxi along Observatory Road eastbound and drove obliquely to Kimberley Road. He reported that there was a problem with the braking system and shoveled the footpath. Hit a wall of the shop, causing damage to the wall.
Another traffic sign was also damaged in the accident. Two Hong Kong residents of Indian descent, 29 and 31 years old, were affected while crossing the road and were injured and sent to hospital.
There was a thrilling moment filmed by closed-circuit television. When the taxi fell off the slope, it suddenly lost control and shoveled the pedestrian road. After knocking down a traffic sign and a road repair sign, it crashed into the outer wall of a shop.
Three passers-by passed by, and two of them were suspected of being hit by the hitting street signs.
The 3-year-old girl who was travelling with her was unhindered. The Indian man who was slammed his head immediately covered the girl, picked up the girl and walked out of the road.
Another Hindu was lying on the pavement.
Police allege that two Hong Kong residents of Indian descent were sent to hospital with minor injuries.
