Lovers of authentic tarab enjoyed a warm evening of singing by singer Mirna Al-Mallouhi on the stage of Al-Hamra Theater of Damascus.
Mirna was distinguished by her remarkable performance of a group of difficult songs accompanied by a poem orchestra led by Maestro Kamal Skiker, who sang for Syrian, Lebanese and Egyptian singers in a warm voice that delighted the audience.
The beginning of the program was chosen by Al-Mallouhi to be with the song “I am my heart, Lake Miel” by singer Fayza Ahmed, and the songs of the late Farid al-Atrash were present, as she performed the song “Baqa Want to Forget Me” to move to Dart Al Ayam by Mrs. Umm Kulthum. The evening in which Mirna performed the poem “Madnak” by Muhammad Abd al-Wahhab was interspersed with the sharing of Solo on the Law. The young man, Oj Abu Zaid, created the singing role of Sayed Darwish, in which Mirna sang it with great competence and professionalism due to the difficulty of his performance, and the audience interacted with applause and singing.
